I deleted my old weight loss blog, journeytohealthy, because i couldn't keep up with it. But now i'm totally committed and i'm coming up with a new approach. No more nonsense. I will loose the weight.

okay so today wasn’t so great. binged a little on cookies. but i won’t let that discourage me. theres always tomorrow and tomorrow, no mistakes. 

granola bar- 150

so 310 calories over is a lot, but tomorrow i’ll try not to exceed 300 calories (even though the calorie intake is 400) 

went pretty well, drank a lot of water. i did however have a few bites of some meat my friends mom made, i didn’t want to be rude. So i’m just going to assume i met my quota of 500 calories 

apple, 95 calories 

pretzels, 120 calories 

2 baby bell light cheese, 100 calories 

at least 60 fl oz of water
